Author Biography

Pedro N Ferro is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience managing manufacturing and technology businesses. He has degrees in mechanical and industrial engineering, having spent most of his professional life working outside of his native Brazil. He is currently the CEO of Fras-Le, a global friction materials company. Pedro has led many 80/20 implementations throughout his career in different companies. He is married with two daughters, and is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina. Pedro is and avid motorcyclist and enjoys teaching 80/20. Pedro can be reached at pnferro@gmail.com.
