This text is an update of my first book on Hapkido. Hapkido literally means the art of coordinated power. It is a Korean art that is a form of unarmed self-defense based on circular techniques. The art includes joint locks, sweeps, throws, kicks, and punches. This text focuses on my take on the art which I call Tool Box Hapkido.
