by Travis Wayne Goodsell (Translator), Travis Wayne Goodsell (Author)

Joseph Smith's manner of translating the Book of Abraham and its facsimiles is shrouded in mystery. Travis Wayne Goodsell goes over Joseph's manner of translation of the facsimiles of the Book of Abraham in a step by step level process to explain this mystery. He goes over the 7 translation types that Joseph used in an easy to understand pattern. And in so doing Travis confirms that Joseph Smith is a correct translator of Egyptian. This book goes over Translation Type #1, Direct Egyptological Meaning. Each Egyptian Hieroglyph is able to be directly translated as the represented object or character. Therefore a fuller translation is given showing this translation type.
