Author Biography

Phyllis was born in Boston and grew up in the North End; she is third generation. Phyllis's grandparents migrated from Northern and Southern Italy and settled-in in a little Italian neighborhood now known world-wide as the "North End". Trooper is the inspiration for her first children's book! Trooper was 8 weeks old when he was introduced to Phyllis.
