Recent public squabbles between American and Turkish leaders and lawmakers have led many to question what kind of an alliance Turkey and the United States have. Author Biography
Tuba Ünlü Bilgiç is associate professor of international relations at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. Currently, she is a visiting scholar at Georgetown University, Washington, DC and is teaching in the History Department at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA.
Bestami S. Bilgiç teaches at the Department of Religion and Culture at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.
