Author Biography

Simon Catling is Professor or Education at Oxford Brookes University. Simon began teaching in 1972 and went on to be a lecturer in teacher training focusing on geography and humanities education.

Tessa Willy is a lecturer in education at UCL-IOE. She has previously taught at Oxford Brookes University and the University of Roehampton where she was senior lecturer in primary geography education and programme leader for the primary PGCE.
