Author Biography
T. H. Enge was born and raised in Southern California but fell in love with the city of Vienna. As the son of German immigrants, he felt an immediate connection to Europe and its cultures. After working in Washington, DC, the author and his wife moved to the city and raised their daughters in Austria.
Mr. Enge received his bachelor's degree from UCLA and his master's degree at Long Beach State. In DC, he worked for a small international development agency.
