Author Biography
Lina Psouni born in 1978 in Chania Greece. She has the first BSc in Physical education and sport science and the second in Psychology. Also she has MSc in maximizing athletic performance with thesis subject in Sport Psychology. Now she is a doctoral candidate at the University of Thessaly. In parallel with studies she was a water polo athlete. She won the world champion with the juniors' women water polo national team of Greece and the champion of Greece. Now she is doing a lot of sports like beach volley, sailing and triathlon. Her scientific interests are in the areas of health psychology, weight management, sports psychology, attitude and behavior relationships. She has published in Greek and foreign conferences and writes articles in the press and the internet. At the same time she makes seminars in sports psychology and health psychology.
