Life is short, wisdom is required. When we take our focus off of the distractions of this world and place them on the One who gives wisdom, when we humble ourselves to the position of servant, we will begin to grow in wisdom as God releases wisdom to us.
All through school we are taught theory, problem solving skills, and critical thinking. They provide the necessary parameters to understand and positively engage our world, helping us find solutions and resolutions to difficult situations. Yet, they fall short in teaching us how to lead. No one can teach you how to lead or even lead well. What they can teach you is how to develop and use wisdom.
Following the life of Paul as recorded by Luke in the book of Acts, we will discover how to develop and use wisdom and how to apply that wisdom in leadership situations, leaving others an example to follow and a legacy to lead well.
